Your payment options made simpler
ANZ Payment Assistance is a secure and convenient tool for customers to use:
- To manage payment arrangements on accounts that are overdue or over its limit; or
- To manage future scheduled payments.
Depending on your product, your options may include:
- Making a payment arrangement today or on a day in the future; or
- Making a payment arrangement via instalments.
To ensure your loan is up to date at the end of the payment arrangement, we will add your regular scheduled payments to your overdue amount to provide a total payable amount.
