Got a Garmin smartwatch? Then you can pay on the go for almost anything, including groceries, petrol and cinema tickets. To get set up, grab your watch, phone and an eligible ANZ debit or credit card.

What do you need to get started with Garmin Pay?

  • A compatible Garmin device
  • The Garmin Connect app set up with a Garmin account
  •  The ANZ App
  • An eligible ANZ debit or credit card

How to add a card to your Garmin Watch

Easily add a card to use Garmin Pay:

Open the Garmin Connect app on your phone.

Go to Menu, then Garmin Pay and tap More (usually found at the bottom right).

Select Wallet & Garmin Pay.

First time setting up, select Get Started.

Otherwise press + in the top right corner to add another card.

Follow the prompts.

How to use Garmin Pay

Tap, pay, go - Garmin Pay makes checkout easy:

Press and hold the action button on the side of your watch.

Tap the Wallet icon (if prompted, enter your Garmin 4-digit PIN code).

Hold your watch near the payment reader until it vibrates indicating payment’s been made.

 

Remove a card from your Garmin

How to remove a card from your Garmin Wallet

Need to update your wallet? Remove a card in a few taps:

Open the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone.

Tap More (usually found at the bottom right).

Select Wallet & Garmin Pay.

Choose the card you want to remove.

Expand the top right menu, choose Remove Card.

Confirm that you want to delete the card.

 

Tip: Instructions may vary slightly depending on your Garmin watch model.
