Our cheque reconciliation tool is a great way to keep track of cheques you have written and the dates they have been presented.
You will need an account with a cheque facility and the cheque details.
Follow these steps to add, delete, and download cheque details:
Log in to ANZ Internet Banking
Select a cheque or savings account
Select Cheque reconciliation on the left. Then select add a new cheque
Enter the cheque number, date it was written, description, and amount
When you have finished adding your cheque(s) select the Save button
You will be returned to the "Cheque reconciliation" page and the cheques you have added will now be listed here
Note: You can enter five cheques at a time by selecting Add more cheques to my list.
No more than 100 cheques can be stored.
Presented cheques will display a date. If no date is shown, the cheque hasn't been presented yet. You can check again during your next log in.
