Starting 31 May 2025, BPAY View® in ANZ Internet Banking will be phased out in stages. While this change affects how you receive your bills and bill notifications, it won't impact your ability to pay bills using BPAY® in the ANZ App and Internet Banking.
We understand this may change the way you manage your bills, and we're here to support you through the transition.
To make the transition easier, we recommend deactivating your BPAY View bills in ANZ Internet Banking before September 2025. You may also want to contact your billers to ask about alternative reminders of when your bills are due. You can also download and save copies of any BPAY View bills you may need.
Once deactivated, it’s important to contact your bill provider to re-establish your bill preferences.
If you don’t deactivate your BPAY View bills in Internet Banking before September 2025, they will be deactivated for you later in the month.
BPAY View in ANZ Internet Banking will be phased out over time. You will not be able to register or add new online bills via Internet Banking. However, you will still be able to receive and manage your bills online for the moment.
No, there will be no changes to BPAY payment functionality. You can continue to make BPAY payments as usual through Internet Banking, the ANZ App, and Internet Banking for Business.
If you wish to retain copies of your past bills we recommend downloading and saving any historical bills you may need before the feature is removed. Before the end of September, we recommend deactivating any open BPAY View bill arrangements. You will need to contact your billing provider to make alternate arrangements to continue receiving your bills without interruption.
You can easily download your historical bills through Internet Banking. Simply follow the steps below to get started.
Historical bills will no longer be available when BPAY View is removed from ANZ Internet Banking.
If you have any questions about your bills, we recommend reaching out to your biller directly.
