What is my ANZ Plus Customer Registration Number (CRN)?

With ANZ Plus, you don't have a Customer Registration Number (CRN). Instead, we use your registered mobile number to identify you.

Trying to view your accounts on another device?

You can't access the ANZ Plus app on multiple devices.

If you download the ANZ Plus app on a new device, and follow the prompts to login, we will automatically deregister your old device.

Accessing other ANZ accounts

If you have other ANZ accounts, you will have an ANZ CRN which you'll need to access those accounts in the ANZ App or ANZ Internet Banking, or for Open Banking data sharing.
