What should I do if my card has expired and I want a new one?

If your card has expired and wasn’t reissued due to inactivity, but you’d like a new one, you can easily order a replacement card through the ANZ Plus app:

  1. Go to the Card icon.
  2. Tap on Order New Card and follow the prompts.

Have more than one ANZ Plus Everyday account?

If you have more than one ANZ Plus Everyday account, including Joint ANZ Plus Everyday accounts, you may need to swipe through to the end to find the expired card you’re looking for.

Ordering a new Joint ANZ Plus card

If you’re ordering a new Joint ANZ Plus card because the previous card has expired, the new card won’t affect the other account holder’s card.
