Do you need my plus one's permission to close a joint account?

We’ll close a Joint ANZ Plus deposit account if either you or your plus one request it, and notify the other person of the closure (unless you've updated your signing authority and we require both account holders' authorisations).

If your signing authority requires both account holders’ authorisations and you'd like to close an account, you'll need to send us a message in the ANZ Plus app.
